Our Guarantee
On all its products, Mgongkong offers the same guarantee period as that offered by the manufacturers for defects in material and workmanship. These guarantee periods are 12 months generally, according to the brand. Defects caused by misuse or improper handling are not covered by guarantee.
Customers also have the possibility of informing us of any defect or missing material within 7 days of receipt of the shipment.
At the time of purchase you can choose from several different totally secure means of transport according to the desired delivery time.
